We are a small, service oriented, neighborhood bicycle shop located in Kamas, Utah in the northern part of the state. "The Gateway to the Uinta Mountains." 

At Uinta Bicycles we are committed to supporting small, handmade bicycle frame builders. We believe in the importance of quality control and having dedicated cyclists designing and welding the bikes we take into the backcountry. Small, Grassroots, and Handmade...           Just Like Us !!

We proudly sell and service Ventana and Turner mountain bikes, some of the best mountain bikes on the planet.

We primarly build our wheelsets exclusively with DT Swiss spokes, unless specifically requested by the customer. 
 
 

Our primary goal at Uinta Bicycles is to provide the highest level of customer service to every person that walks through the door... 

Our focus and expertise is in bikes that are built for riding in the rough terrain and big climbs of the Uinta's and the ledgy drops of the Southern Utah deserts. We believe that these generally fall into the 4" to 6" travel "All-Mountain Bikes" and this is our #1 specialty.  We understand that every component on your bike is integral and we'd love to help you build up that frame exactly the way you want...

    * Repairing and Tuning bicyles of all makes, styles, ages, etc. If you have a bike sitting around that needs a little TLC please come and see us! Hey, don't want to mess with putting that bike in the car? We'll pick it up! Just give us a call.

    * Selling the highest quality, American made bicycles on the planet...and custom building them the way you want.  We work with small companies that do everything in house, not outsourcing the hard work all across world.  It's about the bike...not the bottom line! 

    * Riding, Maintaining, and (hopefully) building new Trails. Local cyclists need a voice...we are hoping to help provide that. Please come in and check out our maps and help create an ideal trail masterplan for the Uintas! Also, most of our trails need to get ridden...come in to find out where some of the hidden gems are.

    * Selling Bike parts. Need last minute parts or repair items for that long Uinta ride? Find tools, patch kits, tubes, and other specialty parts at Uinta Bicycles.
